We finally decided on Strathclyde Windows, and my goodness did they prove to be the best company for our job. They were very friendly and accommodating people to deal with from start to finish. We are so grateful to Gordon, Alan, Peter and all the fitters who were not only very personable and respectful, but highly professional in the way they carried out their work each day. The sheer quality of the windows and doors is outstanding to say the least, and we are more than happy with them. They look fabulous and are far better than what even we expected! The communication between Alan, Gordon and ourselves was excellent and is so refreshing these days. They went out of their way to ensure we were happy and content with their work, and the whole experience proved remarkably enjoyable during the whole process! They respected our house throughout and tidied up each day going above and beyond our expectations. Even the companies who came up afterwards to measure blinds for the new windows, commented on the high standard of them. "From telephone call with Gordon, home visit from Alan (no hard sell) and installation by Scott, William and Ryan it was a seamless process. Gordon got us a very competitive price for 7 windows, front door and patio doors. Alan talked me through our options and as I said there was no hard sell. When it came to the fitting of windows the appointment was made for my convenience. The boys turned up on time ,made a plan on where to start and got on with it. All 3 where a pleasure to have in the house and they worked hard. The house was left tidy Even though the house is rendered they managed to remove the windows and doors without any coming off. Which I was delighted with. All rubbish was removed at the end of the second day We are absolutely delighted with all the work and our new windows I would highly recommend this company"

"We were in need of replacing all the windows in our property and contacted a couple of the bigger well known players in the industry and a couple of smaller companies. After a horrendous 3 hour long visit from one of the better known companies, and an eye watering quote to match, we were beginning to regret ever starting the project to be honest, until we started dealing with Strathclyde. Right from the first call with Gordon we knew there was going to be none of the usual nonsense that window companies are infamous for. Everything was straight forward, explained well, and he told us Alan would come and measure up and be in and out our house in under an hour. As soon as I met Alan I felt reassured as again he didn't mess about with all the sales nonsense, just showed us our options, explained how the process worked, got on with measuring and was in and out in well under the hour as promised. A detailed and easy to follow quote followed and the pricing seemed fair, and significantly less than the previous one we had received. At this point we just went with the gut and appointed Strathclyde and we are so very glad we did! A couple of other quick house visits to go over the options and survey the windows fully and we were good to go. We were given an install date of 4-6 weeks and true to that word got a call from Gordon after 5 weeks to arrange the install. The install team were incredible, absolutely transforming our house inside a day and a half, and we had a lot of windows! Nothing was too much trouble, the guys were courteous, clean and extremely hard working, I couldn't believe it was all done so quickly and with very little mess. An incredible job, and we are absolutely delighted with the finished result. Everything was finished superbly. If you are considering new windows and doors, honestly don't mess around and waste your time with the big guys, just give Strathclyde a call and you'll instantly feel at ease. Very highly recommended, an easy five stars!!!"
