"Company where amazing and quick when they installed less than 24 hours later the welding came apart and I had to get someone out to fix it. As I could get hold of the company who installed, I then had issues a few months later with the gates getting stuck and he said he would be in touch and from then on they have ignored my calls and texts I constantly have to get out and gently pull the gate for it to close sometimes having to call it again and again taking up to 5 mins before I can leave the house dogs have got out numerous times and we are now needing to move house and don’t know how to change the number over to the new owners. We also have another entry he put up for the pedestrian gate and again stopped working after a month and after reading the booklet it should have had a rain shield on it if outside wich it didn’t. Berry dissatisfied since they were good at the start but once paid after care didn’t exist"

"Firstly to mention that a number of other reviews for the polish owned company appear to share the same polish / English style and I do not trust as being genuine. Jacob started enthusiastically but unfortunately the quality of work was very poor with appalling welding quality that failed multiple times. When it became too much trouble to fix the failures (all of which happened within 18 months) he lost interest and blamed the design of gates even though they were exactly the same gates as has been there when he first quoted and confirmed that he could electrify them no problem. I would not recommend and have now used a more professional company having thrown £000’s away on shoddy work from this company."
