"Do not use these cowboys.. We booked them 3 weeks in advance, as they were local to the area of our new flat. They confirmed 2 days prior, then never showed. Ignored our calls and messages. They told us two days prior that they were going to the Celtic game, and asked if they could come 30 mins earlier, but if not it was fine to be the original time (2.5 hours before the game). So clearly, the football was more important than their clients. Not even a message to cancel and they knew we were having to travel far on public transport to meet them at a property we don't live in yet.. AVOID."
