"Does Richardson & Starling think it’s ok to park on the pavement at Cramond Road South? He thinks it is after paying Edinburgh City Council £1685.50 for a permit. It does not give him the right to swear at myself or my husband, while he finishes off his breakfast! How on earth would a disabled person or a person with a buggy get past, no cones or barriers in place for pedestrians."
