"Got new combi boiler installed today. Tommy did a great job. Came on time at 9am ,worked non stop and was finished by 3pm. Even cleaned up afterwards and took time to explain how to work my new boiler. Stephen who came to give me a quote ( price very reasonable) and Amy in the office were also amazing. I was very anxious beforehand and Amy was always on the end of the phone to answer my silly questions. Such a lovely, kind team of people. So far no issues. Highly recommend."

"We found the service to be friendly and efficient. On the day of our enquiry Darcy the surveyor attended promptly as arranged, she was knowledgeable and informative. There was no 'hard sell' and we were impressed by the various quotes provided by her. After some consideration we decided to proceed and the company, as earlier indicated, was able to undertake the work the following day. Again, the workmen attended promptly. Had originally gone with British gas who were nearly double the price but messed my 86 year old mum about who had no heating or hot water for over 5 weeks. Called Richardson gas and heating who had boiler supplied and fitted within one day. James the fitter done an amazing job fitting the boiler, clean, very tidy and very professional workmanship. Would recommend 100% easy supportive and very professional. Outstanding value for money."
