"This is another overall rating as some contractors was good others not..the external wall insulation in livingston gowanbank was done by this group in March 2026...had a meeting on Nov 25 looked at colours for stones did not know this would be final choice..firstly scaffolding went up we did get a letter going up soon and was put up without telling us the date. 5 stars...guttering put up. Wall insulation put up..foam,base coat ect stones.the workers leaving a mess in both front and back garden..screws.rubbish..stones..we told them we had a puppy and he had to use back garden did not care.. 5 stars.for external fan put in our kitchen.. The biggest problem was communication there wasn't any when job were getting started. Was told the site manager would be around if any problems.we did not see anyone around to tell us what was happening.it took a while to get the site manager number as we done all the communication as we had a few faults.. First we found a hole in windowsill they did fix that.but everything took to long to rectify...second the seal wasn't correctly done smudged.we were blamed for the faults.Third back door finger prints side of wall blaming us again..when it did get done it was a different colour.was done again once we contacted liason officer another neighbour told us about her..it was only completed when we put in a letter to complain..she came out agreed to fix back door we then found another fault on front porch she came out with someone from the company.they refused to fix it as said it's not the outside of the house but they put up the new render leaving a gap between old render and new..wrote 2 letters to the company that's when they looked at other houses near by some done correctly others not, finally fixed the problem.There was an argument outside my house resulting our crew walking off the job..workers on scaffolding had no hard hats on as soon as liason officer told them off they took put hard hats back on then off again when she left there. There was few good crews we seen cleaning after themselves..we had outside tap which other crews took without permission they left foam in our front garden for other houses to be done...we could not commucate with workers many didnt speak English.. someone should of been checking on workers once jobs was completed..This was a government scheme homeowners a great deal..we were the lucky ones as neighbours had more horror stories and still waiting on faults to be dealt with..would I recommend this company NO..and do not give me the usual feedback as I did contact the company.so for communication my rating is 0..should be hiring better workers more training.they should had someone who checked out work was done correctly after job was completed. The house was nice from the outside once done that's why I rated three stars..it would of been a lot easier with communication and respect for people's property.."

"Using faulty equipment like cut in half ladders, no PPE other than high Viz, flinging stuff from scaffolds, sites are a shambles for h&s. Shouldn't be given another contract imo. Frightening level of incompetence."

"Terrible organisation. Came out to replace my kitchen. Told me it would be 2/3 days. Over a week later still not finished. People not turning up to do jobs. Left me without a kitchen with 3 kids. Cost me a fortune to get them dinners all week."

"Fantastic each and every one of they're workers helped moved things I couldn't wee boiler fella polish such a jem of a guy worked well finding a fault in my house. plasters, nothing was too much trouble cleared up after them on site foremen. Young gentlemen easy to talk to my council house is now lovely. Roasty toasty warm thanks to these two young fellas, guys that did the windows and doors hoovered all my floors when Finished made no mess this company worked through all weather up here in johnstone Castle. hats off to them for this thankless task must go home at night ill and when it boils down to it it's costing the tenants nothing really delighted"
