Lockplus Glasgow

"Chap came out in time estimated (about 30 mins) on a Sunday and rescued me after locking myself out. He was so friendly and understanding on the phone too, which made me feel so much better! Door was opened in less than 2 mins and zero damage to the door and the lock. Would definitely use again (although hopefully I won’t have to!!)"

"As with other reviews, they tell you they'll be there with 30-40 minutes and don't show up. I called them 5 times with no answer and waited an hour and a half in total. Eventually, I tried a different business and had a locksmith there within 15 minutes. Absolute waste of time."

"Absolutely shocking service. We were locked out for several hours. We called at various points for updates, and were told he was nearly there etc etc. Then he switched off his phone and was never heard from again. We would have called someone else instead of wasting several hours waiting on someone who was basically just telling lies. Do not use you will regret it. Denying it now so if you want I'll post the call history?"

"Said he would be with us within the hour, called after the hour, yes on the way, after 2 hours stopped answering calls, didn’t answer any messages and never turned up. Avoid at all costs. We ended up using a grinder cost us hours and hundreds of pounds. Should be banned from advertising"

"Great service, fast, friendly and honest. Attended to help a neighbour who had lost his keys, then subsequently found them before Lockplus arrived. They kindly waived the £30 cancellation charge. Would highly recommend."
