"Visited the shop 2 weeks ago to get a broken key Recut - The owner couldn’t have been more helpful & very pleasant to deal with.. Not only cut me a new key but also helped me out with spaying WD40 in the lock .. Great friendly service .. Would definitely recommend this key cutting shop .. 👏👏"

"Pleasant friendly service. Just does the job ab a fair price. My choice now when needing keys."

"I came here based on good reviews & want to support local shop. My car key head case was broken and I already have a new case with key in my stock. So, l asked a young man if the shop can cut a car key with a new spare key with case that l brought over. What he did was changed the old key to a new head case without duplicate to a new key. No point l came over this shop as I could easily changed this case for 3 minutes in my car or even do it at home. I was charged £15 for a simple case change without key cut (l even brought a new case myself, its not provided by shop). This was a absolute joke and l felt cheated. I explained to him l can change the case myself, the main service that l required was key cut. He asked me for another £15 for key cut. Terrible customer service - example photos of me can open/change key case easily"
