"Did a quick no fuss repair at a brilliant price. Connor and his mate worked hard did that little bit extra work when asked with no hassle and tidied up well."

"Well pleased myself and wife with company. Got them out originally to repair flat roof at our business premises, great job well explained to me and made agreement after survey done, no issues at all and guaranteed for 10 yr. After to hat job done we decided contract same cpany for our family home roof , everything went really smoothly and on time We would recommend using k Russel. Thanks once again for our price of mine"

"Had scheduled an appointment and been contacted by at least 2 different people regarding the day and time. I told them the location of the property and was there on the day and before the scheduled time. No one showed up. I called approximately every 30 to 45 minutes for near 3 hours. No answer. Last call sent me to voice mail. I left a message saying I had a short period of time before I had to leave and would like a return call to possibly stay later. No return phone call. Someone suggested the location may be outside of their "work area". However, that could have been mentioned in the prior phone exchanges when the appointment was scheduled. Disappointing."

"Looking for a roofer and read reviews regarding kieran Russells business. Our experiance vastly differs from all other reviews. We had a job and asked for a quote, we were quoted £250 for the original job. We were told further work was needed and quoted £800. We obviously agreed because we went with the “professionals” the work was done and we paid for it. Following recent heavy rain we quickly realised that the work had not fixed the original problem. We contacted Kieran, he promised to come back on more than one occasion, but excuse after excuse and we are still waiting. He told me he will get here but it isnt an emergency, however after paying all that money I would expect any honest professional to want to correct his work! I was told today he would contact me and confirm when he would return , no surprise I am still waiting! I would not recommend this business. Interseting to see if my review will appear and for how long. Trading standards here I come"
