Surveyers have years of experience and are very knowledgeable. "J. Shearer were really easy to deal with, and very communicative throughout. Our problem was on a tenement roof in the city centre, requiring quite a lot of scaffolding. The surveyor was prompt and efficient, and explained the situation very clearly. The job was organised and completed quickly, and the repair seems to have been successful - time, of course, will tell! The price seems fair, considering the scaffolding cost, and I would have no hesitation is using the company again."
