"WORST LOCKSMITH - KEYS DON’T WORK I have been using this locksmith for several years and this isn’t the first time I have had a problem with the key not working. I have used it out of convenience in the past but will travel in future rather than give this place a penny more. I had a set of keys cut this morning and after travelling back to the flat one of them didn’t work. I went back over to the Locksmith and was fobbed off with a story about how the key should work and that it was the way it was “rounded”...you could tell by looking at the key that it didn’t look right. The locksmith didn’t appologise and went on the defensive again saying that it was cut properly. I pointed out that he had cut the last key for the door and this one doesn’t work so he must have done something wrong. He bagan to get irate and I pointed out I’ve wasted all the time trying the key and having to come back. He reluctantly offered me 50p for my trouble (50 pence!!!!) which he then withdrew. It is a shame that you can not rate a place negative stars. If you have one job to do and you can’t do it then you shouldn’t take it out on the customer. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS PLACE."
