"We had an excellent experience with HPS Kitchens and Bathrooms, especially working with Angela. We converted a bedroom into a full bathroom, and as first timers, we really relied on her expertise, she made the whole process feel straightforward and manageable. Angela was professional, efficient, and really understood what we were looking for. What stood out most was the range of brands available, being able to mix and match across different suppliers (rather than being limited to one range) made a huge difference. We ended up with high quality, designer pieces at a great price. She handled everything from ordering to coordinating deliveries and was always available to help if anything came up. Any issues were quickly resolved, and nothing ever felt like a hassle. We’re absolutely delighted with the final result, both in terms of quality and value for money. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Angela and HPS, and we’ll definitely be back for future projects."

"Before approaching HPS I tried CheckaTrade and 2 independent companies for estimates on redoing my bathroom, which was not only a disaster area but also ergonomically dangerous. HPS beat all 3, not only on cost of materials but also fitting costs. Although I thought I knew what I wanted and the other companies were willing to give me that, the HPS assessor talked me through how my ideas could and could not be achieved and what would be best for my small bathroom. They offered an appointment schedule for assessment and selecting materials and finishing touches and the fitting schedule. They upheld all those appointments and timescales and the costs. The quality of workmanship and finish was top class, the fitters were polite and considerate and cleaned up at the end of all 5 days fitting and installation. The showroom staff were great and very helpful with materials selection as well as being very sociable and supplied a lovely finishing touch gift on completion. I am so delighted with my new bathroom that I have now started the process for HPS to fit a new kitchen for me in the knowledge that it will be superb. Thank you very much to all at HPS."

"We had an excellent experience with HPS, who renovated our tenement bathroom. From the very start Angela was professional and helpful, providing advice when we needed it (which was on many occasions!) and being patient with us as we made decisions. At no point did we feel under pressure to make quick decisions or do anything we weren’t comfortable with. The installation ran smoothly – Andrew and Thomas were professional and communicated with us about their plans throughout the process. They were unfazed by a couple of issues we were concerned about in our old bathroom. The fact that HPS uses their own in-house tradespeople made the whole experience a lot less stressful for us. We are very happy with our new bathroom and would highly recommend HPS."
