"Our previous installers had let us down badly. The ground works were totally inadequate and not fit for purpose and various pieces of equipment, such as ducting for the cable, had not been ordered. Hp visited the site, gave a prompt quotation and were prepared to take on the half finished job. We cannot recommend then enough, professional, friendly and totally dedicated to sorting out our problem. This is a large installation of 36 panels and the ground works proved to be complicated and difficult. They never complained, put their shoulders to the wheel and got the job done without any fuss or drama. If you have to wait for these guys to come and do a job, wait. They are simply the best. "Our heating system broke down, all other providers were quoting 6+ weeks for installing but HP Energy were able to treat us as an emergency case and complete the installation in less than 4 weeks. Pricing was very competitive and everything was very clearly explained. Our install was slightly more complicated than expected, however, HP were very professional and put in the hours to get the work completed. The communication has been great and any post installation issues (mostly configuration) have been dealt with promptly. HP were recommended by a colleague and I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering installing a renewable energy system.
