The buying process was straightforward with great customer service in the form of a friendly, professional, knowledgeable 1:1 interaction. Installation was easy - I went to work and returned to find a new boiler and a clean and tidy house - what more could you ask for. There was plenty opportunity for communication before, during and after completion of the work. Due to personal circumstances , I was unable to be around after installation but they have even offered to pop along and explain anything I am unsure of at a time that suits. "Great experience - Boiler Install / upgrades I had a fantastic experience with Heatco Scotland Ltd and couldn’t recommend them enough. The whole team were professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable, so much so after having my Worcester Greenstar 1000 Combi Boiler fitted back in May 2023. I got them back , to upgrade microbore piping / Radiators & move 3 to under the windows Kevin, (The Owner) was incredibly patient and helpful from the start, taking the time to explain all the different boiler options clearly and providing quotes for each one so I could make an informed decision with no pressure in 2024 and same again when advice was needed on upgraded radiators/ piping. James & Robbie carried out the upgrades to the piping / radiators / thermostats etc and both were very efficient, knowledgable - really friendly, respectful guys. The quality of their work is outstanding: the pipework was clean and tidy, and there wasn’t a single mark left behind. All rubbish was disposed of at time. "I highly highly recommend Heatco. I needed a new boiler fitted but I was absolutely clueless about where to start and was very nervous about the whole process. Kevin was absolutely fantastic during the quote stage and came out to see my flat (free of charge) the same day I called. He kept in close contact with me throughout even phoning the day after install to ensure I was happy. He was friendly, talked me through my quote and patiently answered all the questions I had. It really helped me to understand what works were necessary, as my flat wasn’t a straight forward like for like swap. On install day, Adam was brilliant. I work from home and Adam was great about this, asking for a set of keys so he could go in and out to his van without disturbing me. He barely made any noise the full day and left the place so clean! He stayed with me to help set up my hive app and made sure I was happy with everything. I should also say the electrician recommended by Heatco (Hugh) was also fantastic! Overall I’m so pleased with how everything went and if i ever need future help and/or if somebody is looking for a recommendation, it will absolutely be Heatco!"
