The cost was reasonable and on the day the EICR, PAT and LRA were carried out swiftly, and he explained everything very clearly while he was performing those tests. Stuart found a small issue with one of the plugs, and he just fixed it there and then, it was really helpful! The reports were sent the next business day, after I paid the invoice.
