C&M Roofing & Roughcasting Ltd

"C&M just completed a roof repair on my extension which was leaking. I spoke to Kim on the phone who was really friendly and quickly grasped what I needed. Graham came out initially and identified the problem. He gave me me two quotes for the work and advice on what was required. He actually recommended the cheaper quote which involved replacing the leadwork and re roughcasting the wall. I've known other companies who would always go with the more expensive quote. This tells you all you need to know about C & M. I found the service and advice from Graham and John first class. John came out on the day the work was done to check all was OK and came back on completion to check I was happy. The guys who did the job were brilliant.. chatty... professional and tidy. All in all an excellent experience.  I would highly recommend C&M and wouldn't go anywhere else now for roofing repairs or replacement. A great job and much appreciated."

"Really pleased with the work on our new downpipes, gutters, and soffits. The team were professional, reliable, and kept everything tidy throughout. The finish looks great and has made a big difference to our home. Would definitely recommend!"

"C&M Roofing and Roughcasting recently carried out work on my house in Glasgow and I genuinely could not be happier with the result. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. The finish is spot on and you can tell straight away that the team take real pride in what they do. Everything was completed to a very high standard and the attention to detail really shows. Customer service was excellent from start to finish (huge shoutout to Kim!). Communication was clear, timelines were realistic and everything ran exactly as promised."

"Really positive experience and good service. Contacted re roof leak and we’re out within 1 day and repair completed within 3 days at a reasonable price. Work completed to a high standard. I have used the company 4 or 5 times now, would highly recommend."

"Couldn't have asked for better service from C&M Roofing and Roughcasting. I waited around 8 weeks for non-urgent replacement of a flat roof and Velux. What made this company exceptional was that I had a responsive named person to keep me in the loop as my job made it's way to the top of the list. Thank you so much to Kim for her brilliant Comms. The guys arrived when she said and did a great job quickly for a fair price. They even did a complementary temporary repair to some damaged roughcast that wasn't part of the original job. I'll definitely work work with them again."
