"Awful company that has delayed the project by many months while providing false information regarding upcoming works. The building site has no supervision as a result of which the builders do not do any work. No one at this company takes any responsibility and the managers are on never-ending holidays when you ask to speak to any of them. Avoid this company at all cost."
"BBP is absolutely useless. They delay every single process, ignore texts/emails, and show zero professionalism. Iβm completely out of words to describe how awful they are. At this point, they should just shut the company down because they clearly have no interest in providing a proper service. If I could I would leave 0 stars, 1 star is too much for them. Avoid them at all costs!"
"Left garden furniture in mess, covered in mud, painted not just a window frames but glass to and walls total mess!garden gate covered in window paint.I never seen anything like that! And he was driving on our quiet residential street like maniac definitely quicker then 40mph!!!"
"My apartment is in Princess House, a building in central Manchester. Bell are "managing" recladding the building. The project was supposed to be completed last August. The latest date we have been given by Bell for completion is now the end of June, so 10 months late. But we have been misled so many times by them that I am just not inclined to believe any dates we are given. I am sure that the project will eventually be completed, but this will be despite Bell's management not because of it. I find Bell's cheery insouciance to various delays and complete lack of urgency deeply frustrating: there are 68 apartment owners sick of living in a building which has been shrouded in scaffolding for 18 months and who can neither sell nor remortgage their apartments until this is sorted out. The pattern is that nothing is done on the building for weeks on end. Then some work starts, and a problem is detected by Bell, often on some part of the building which has been repeatedly surveyed in the past (the latest case being the handrails on the balconies). Work then stops for several weeks while Bell looks into how to solve the problem. Communication from Bell is also woefully inadequate. There is a weekly newsletter which more oftem than not is just a cut and paste of the previous ones. I just want them to pull their finger out so we can be rid of them and get on with our lives. FWIW, I note that one of the five star reviews for Bell is from one of their own employees (Polina Dyson). Deeply unprofessional. Update: well what do you know? Another of the five star reviewers (Greg Wojewoda) is also a BBP employee. I'm beginning to see a pattern emerging here, and suspect the other people leaving five star reviews are BBP sock-puppets. Ah yes. So's Kenny Corrigan. I suspect that BBP must be encouraging its eomployees to leave glowing reviews in order to inflate its rating and speaks volumes about BBP's ethics. This, BTW, is contrary to Google policy and has been reported as a conflict of interest."
"Fresh Apartment cladding restoration project significantly behind schedule. These guys are absolute pros at taking the most longwinded solution to anything. Need to borrow a pen? They'll ask to fly to China to meet with the manufacturers and carry out all the due diligence with your money."
