"Davey came and surveyed my house, told me what I'd need sorted, advised I had to lift my floors,only laminate and wood. no problem, get access to pipework. Sent Alex the carpet fitter round the day b4 to lift carpets for access, filled me in on delivery of new radiators and boiler, pipes be delivered that day aswell so need to clear for storage. Also told to vacate my premises on 8am on the day of the job,The boys would be in to do their stuff, Paul and Tony arrived prompt, walked around house to check any concerns. None, so away I go, then get an early call to find they are finished and I can come check the work. Then Davey comes back to make sure I'm happy, does some extra jobs for me. Next day Alex came back to fit the carpets. Totally delighted with how these guys work, it's worrying at times letting tradesmen in your home. These guys are great, thanks again"

"Had new central heating system fitted by Alba Gas today. The service was absolutely excellent from the survey to the Customer Service in the office to the fitters and the plasterer’s. There was top class communication and I was shocked at how little disruption was caused! The fitters and plasterers left no mess and everyone I deal with was a credit to Alba Gas."
